Find a quiet space
Sit comfortably, close your eyes.
Breath in deeply to the count of 4,
1,2,3,4 - 1,2,3,4
Relax, breath deeply, focus on each breath.
Feel the power of each breath as you inhale and exhale.
Notice how each breath enters your body journeys down your throat and provides oxygen to your lungs.
Focus on being in the most positive, brightest, healing space, provide peace and nourishment to each and every cell in your body.
As you inhale feel the oxygen being carried through to each and every part of your body helping you to relax and be at peace.
As you exhale let go of all your fears and stress that have inhibited your day. Feel the stress leave your body.
With each breath you are becoming more at peace.
Let go of worries, anxiety, fear, anger and stress.
Let your muscles become loose and relaxed.
your feet are feeling planted firmly into the earth, the energy from your heels and toes is rooting and reaching deep into the earth,
feel the intensely peaceful spiritual connection with Mother Earth right now.
You are now becoming spiritually connected to the Earth. Feel the warm, calming, grounding energy of Mother Earth seeping into your etheral roots helping you to relax, your feet are now relaxed.....your ankles are now relaxed....your calves are now relaxed.....your knees are now relaxed..... your thighs are now relaxed.....

The beautiful, nurturing earth energy is slowly travelling up through your legs, peacefully flowing up and entering your root chakra.
I want you to visualize your root chakra as a beautiful ruby red crystal ball sparkling at the base of your spine. The red ruby crystal ball spins and emits brilliant iridescent red rays of healing light into your aura and the air around you. The Red Root Chakra stimulates, activates and energizes. This first chakra is in charge of passion, sexual desires, lust, physical action and activity. It encompasses the use of practical skills, movement, motivation, protection, physical survival and safety.Your root chakra has now been cleansed and put into perfect attunement and alignment.

The nurturing earth energy is now travelling up into your sacral chakra.
I want you to visualize your sacral chakra as a beautiful orange carnelian crystal ball sparkling just below your navel. This beautiful orange crystal ball spins and emits brilliant iridescent orange rays of healing light into your aura and the air around you. the Orange sacral chakra energizes and is in charge of the flow of emotional energy within the body and learning through creativity and artistic skills. Your sacral chakra has now been cleansed and put into perfect attunement and alignment.

The nurturing earth energy is now travelling up into your solar plexus chakra.
I want you to visualize your solar plexus chakra as a beautiful yellow citrine crystal ball sparkling above your navel. This beautiful yellow crystal ball spins and emits brilliant iridescent yellow rays of healing light into your aura and the air around you. This citrine crystal ball shines so bright it's almost like rays of sunshine are bursting out of your body. The yellow solar plexus chakra is in charge of feelings and emotions, empowerment, happiness, joy and growth. Your solar plexus chakra has now been cleansed and put into perfect attunement and alignment.

The nurturing earth energy is now travelling up into your heart chakra.
I want you to visualize your heart chakra as a beautiful green emerald crystal ball sparkling in the center of your chest. This beautiful emerald green crystal ball spins and emits brilliant iridescent green rays of healing light into your aura and the air around you. the heart chakra is responsible for giving and receiving unconditional love and emotional fulfillment. See the colour green grow from out of your heart center into vigorous vines, strong and loving and reaching out in all directions. Feel your heart filling with heavenly energy, your guide is now with you. You can feel the warmth of their energy by your side. It is warm, tingly, loving and supportive and brings you complete inner peace to fill your heart center . Your heart chakra has now been cleansed and put into perfect attunement and alignment.

This beautiful sapphire blue crystal ball spins and emits brilliant iridescent blue rays of healing light into your aura and the air around you. Blue is very calming and healing. Watch the blue shimmering light sparkle and spin. Envision this blue crystal ball growing larger and healing everything in its path as it grows. Visualize becoming completely engulfed by this beautiful healing blue energy. You are now in charge of the ability to communicate and express yourself. Your throat chakra has now been cleansed and put into perfect attunement and alignment.

The nurturing earth energy is now travelling up into your third eye chakra.
I want you to visualize your third eye chakra as a beautiful violet amethyst sparkling crystal ball . This beautiful violet amethyst crystal ball spins and emits brilliant iridescent violet rays of healing light into your aura and the air around you. The third eye chakra is responsible for receiving, understanding and trusting your intuition. You are becoming spiritually awakened. you are now feeling a deep sense of peace, faith and psychic connection with all. Your third eye chakra has now been cleansed and put into perfect attunement and alignment.

The nurturing earth energy is now travelling up into your crown chakra at the top of your head.
I want you to visualize your crown chakra as a beautiful clear quartz sparkling crystal ball . This beautiful clear quartz crystal ball spins and emits brilliant iridescent white rays of healing light into your aura and the air around you. The white light shimmers and sparkles and seems to dance within your aura. You are now feeling a beautiful, energetic and spiritual connection with all energy that is below you, around you, and above you. You are in peace, clarity and understanding. White light contains all the other colours of the rainbow and the crown chakra spins at the highest vibration. This vibration channels spiritual wisdom and knowledge. Your crown chakra has now been cleansed and put into perfect attunement and alignment.
